Build the career you want

Depending on your area of specialisation, you will be placed either in the Engineering Graduate Development Programme (EGDP) or the Business Graduate Development Programme (BGDP). EGDP is geared towards building competencies in the technical and operations side of the business while BGDP focuses on the commercial aspect. The 18-month programme will see you through rotations across different departments. The programme may extend to opportunities outside the country to provide your more exposure. We will support you along the way by assigning a dedicated mentor to guide you as you scale to the next level
